To get the "Lengthen" badge, you will have to do the 6 tasks following this instructions:
With this badge we will learn what exercises we should use to improve the range of motion (ROM) of some of the most important joints.
Make Trios. The three Role will be (The three must perform the 6 tasks with the 3 roles): RECORDER: It will records a 5 seconds of the exercise and will control the complete time. FEEDBACK: It will ensure that you carry out the task with the correct posture. PLAYER: Will perform the task.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Read the name of the joint and the type of stretch. Talk with your classmates which stretches could improve range of motion. You can use the space below the joint name to draw a sketch of the stretching. Everybody do all the exercises and their respective role. SHOW THE VIEDO TO THE TEACHER. Open the video you have recorded and make an screenshot in the moment with the correct posture. Put yellow lines connecting the joints (Ankles> Knees> Hips> Shoulders> Head> Elbows> Hands) and see if your position is optimal. Mark in blue the muscles that you stretch with the exercise. Create a document with your pictures of the exercises. Creativity will be valued (word; Power point; Poster; Canva; ...), the sky is the limit!! ARE YOU READY???... LET´S PLAY!!!
