In the framework of Erasmus+ KA3 project Cities of Learning: Youth Co-design learning, civic and career pathways, the Cities and Regions of Learning come to Cagliari and meet with the Chamber of Commerce!
The event, taking place on November 24th during the Third Partners’ Meeting of the aforementioned project, will be an opportunity to exchange experiences and good practices between the partners of the Cities and Regions of Learning Network and the partners of the Chamber of Commerce of Cagliari-Oristano regarding digital badges and micro-credentials used as a tool for recognising learning and achievements.
We will share the projects that make up the Cities and Regions of Learning initiative, what our platform is all about and how we implement badges in non-formal education settings.
The partners of the Chamber of Commerce will share their experience with using badges for formal traineeships in the mechatronic and digital sectors within their project Sardegna High-Tech.
The meeting involves representatives coming from 8 different Cities and Regions of Learning in Europe, members of the Chamber of Commerce of Cagliari-Oristano and entrepreneurs and other stakeholders who are working together with the Chamber of Commerce on promoting badges as a tool for recognition of learning.
During the meeting participants will be able to:
- Learn more about the Cities and Regions of Learning initiative, the platform and badges, as well as project Sardegna High-Tech.
- Exchange experiences related to the use of badges as micro-credentials in the business sector and in formal education settings, as well as in non-formal learning.
- Create new networking opportunities on a local and international level, by exchanging ideas, contacts and opinions, and sharing good practices.
