This badge is issued to people who presented a good practice or experience during the Open Event organised on Wednesday 16th 2022 in Cagliari, in the framework of the International Seminar Game Design for Inclusion.
Participants from the International Seminar and representatives of local organisations working in education, game-based learning, youth work and game design were invited to share their good practices in using games and game design to promote inclusion during the event.
Presenters had to especially set-up a station to present their good practice during the event in a mini-fair setting, organising an informal presentation of their outcomes and sharing them with participants in English and Italian.
The Game Design for Inclusion seminar brought together 30 participants from Italy, Lithuania, Serbia and Spain with the goal to:
- share good practices about game design for inclusion (inclusion in game design processes, designing games which purpose is to promote inclusion);
- multiply inclusive game design (through training, workshops);
- support new international partnerships;
- scale-up the project's outcomes through dissemination and multiplying activities and strategies.
This project is part of the Cities of Learning collaboration by partners of Barcelona City of Learning, Cagliari Metropolitan City of Learning, Novi Sad City of Learning and Vilnius City of Learning.
