Make a plan with your coach on which tasks you will perform to master the following skills:
  • developing solutions for complex problems with many interacting factors related to analyzing and evaluating credible and reliable sources of data, information, and content in digital environments;
  • recommending new ideas and processes for the domain.

Examples for developing these skills:
  • A practical example to learn how to develop solutions for complex problems with many interacting factors is to practice creating a plan of action. For instance, you can come up with a hypothetical problem, such as improving the digital security of an organization, and then identify various interacting factors that affect solving this problem, such as the staff's educational level, outdated software usage, and network vulnerabilities.
  • Then, you can consult various credible and reliable sources of data, information, and digital content to learn more about these factors. By critically assessing these sources, such as checking the information's origin, relevance, and timeliness, you can ensure the information's reliability.
  • With this knowledge, you can then recommend new ideas and processes for the domain, such as suggesting to organize a cybersecurity training for the staff, replacing outdated software, and regularly installing software updates and patches to improve the network's security. Creating a plan of action can help you learn to solve complex problems in digital environments and recommend innovative ideas and processes.
